The Sphere: I used
the cube yesterday to help lock in the concepts into your energy field
and to stabilize your field. Now we are going to practice with
the sphere, and I suggest you wait a full 24 hours before practicing
the following exercise! The sphere is balanced, completely round with no corners. Everything rolls around within the sphere It is one smooth continuos curved surface equidistant from the center. This roundness brings balance and harmony to the energy within all the spherical 360 degrees of possibilities. In this sense it represents unconditionally, a smooth transition to an idea or belief. In the Light Language seven spheres in the seven colors represents Love.Exercise: Take seven long breaths and exhales each cycle to correspond to the 7 second cycle of the animation. With
the first breath breath a red sphere around your
root chakra. With the second breath breath an orange sphere to your sex chakra and feel what happens Continue
up the other five chakras:
Ask yourself which energy centers feel blocked, which are open? Where in your life do I need the sphere and what color feels best? Similarly which centers need more activity? Use the sphere on a planetary consciousness scale to spread love.
